
The project seeks to improve the roadside drainage along Cosgray Road, south of Rings Road, with a storm sewer system and improve existing Faust Ditch from the storm sewer to Hayden Run Road.

Traffic Impact
- Cosgray Road between Rings Road and Faust Ditch re-opened to traffic Friday, Sept. 26.
- Cosgray closed again Monday, Oct. 6 for railroad repairs between Rings Road and Churchman Road. It is set to re-open on Saturday, Oct. 11 at 10 a.m.
- Detour route for northbound Cosgray Road will be east on Hayden Run Road, north on Avery Road, west on Rings Roads and back to Cosgray Road
- Detour route for southbound Cosgray Road will be east on Rings Road, south on Avery Road, west on Hayden Run Road back to Cosgray Road
Completion Date
- March 2026
